CAPITOL PICTURES.

NGATEA AND NETHER-TON. “ ALF’S BUTTON.” At Ngatea to-night and at Netherton on Monday night will be presented “ Alf’s Button,” companion picture to the great English classic “ The Better ’Ole.” It is a cleverly, conceived sequel to the old fairy tale of Al-addin’s Lamp, the connection being that the lamp of old was melted down and reappeared in the shape of a button on the new tunic of one, Alf ’lggins, best known as Old Bill’s partner, and one of Bairnsfather’s “three musketeers.” “Alf’s Button” is one continuous rpund of delightful episode contiguous t,o Alf’s discovery of the magic qualities of his button. From the moment when the Genie, in response to Alf’s natural remark “ Strike me pinki” does so, right up to the last moment of the story when the obliging Genie presents Alf’s spouse with three bouncing boys, there is not a, moment that does not bring forth its peal of enjoyment. Leslie Henson appears as 'Alf ’lggins and Alma Taylor as Liz.
