CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURESTONIGHT. “CUPID THE COWPUNCHER.” ' \ highly entertaining western comedy, "Cupid the Cowpuncher,” is to be screened at the Central Theabte to-night. Will Rogers in the-role of Alex Lloyd provides the audience ■with a number of clever feats to en'mancc his always natural acting, and his part, suits his peculiar talent so well that he is at home in everything he does. The story is located in a small western town and concerns the endeavours of -Alex Lloyd to mairy one Macie Sewell, who i's' the daughter of the ranchowner. A f afce a 9 ct ° r has also made up his mind that Ma'cie shall be his, and in furthering this amiable intention stoops to all kinds of bluff, which Alex is instrumental in pre venting from succeeding by means of his owp methods, while providing the audience with a wholesome quality of enjoyableamusement. The photography of "Cupid the Cowpuncher” is particularly fine, and the general production is’ worthy of special mention. “THE BLOOMING ANGEL ” "The Blooming Angel,” with Madge Kennedy and Pat O’Malley in the leading roles, will also be screened to-night. . On Friday night the star attraction will be “Charge It,” featuring Clara Kimball Young.
