POST OFFICE HOLIDAYS.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. Mondays, December. 25 (Christmas. Day) and January 1 (New Year’s Day) are to be observed as close holidays at the post and telegraph office. Tuesday, December 26 (Boxing Day), the office will be open in all branches (except telephone exchange and money-order and savings bank) from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Receivers will be cleared at 7.30 a.m. and all mails closed at 8 a.m. Postmen will make pne delivery, commencing at 7 a.m. Deliveries will be made by postmen’ bn the afternoons of December 23 and
