_> (Before Mr J. H. Salmon, Warden.) At a sitting of the Warden’s Court on Monday Fred J. Hollis applied for a license for a S.Q.C. over 100 acres, known as the Jubilee. The application was recommended to the Minister of Mines, subject to a declaration being filed. H. D. Bedford applied for a certificate ofj protection for six months over the Desert. Gold river claim.—-Appli-cat ion recommended. - S. A. Shaw applied for six months* protection for the Hauraki riven clairi No. 8483 This was also recommended, subject to a declaration being filed.
