PURSUANT- to Section 12 of The Local; Elections and Polls Act, 1908, and the Amendments thereto, and the Lands Drainage Act, 1908, and the Amendments thereto, 1 hereby give notice that I have this day received notice of retirement from one of the Candidates duly nominated for the office of Trustee to the above Board at an election to have been held on Monday, the 6th day of November, 1922.
