NOTICE is. hereby given that it is the intention of the Paeroa Borough Council to promote in the House of Representatives during the present 1922 Session a Local Bill to be called "The Paeroa Water Supply Transfer Validation Act, 1922,” and that the objects and purposes of the said Bill are as follows : To validate a certain agreement bearing date the second day of September, 19'20, made between The Ohinemuri County Council and the Paeroa Borough Council in respect of the transfer of certain portions of the Paeroa Water Supply.
