The necessity for a cemetery bn the Hauraki Plains was stressed by Mr D. G. McMillan at a meeting of the committee of the Turua Ratepayers’ Association on Monday. It was decided to request the Hauraki Plains County Council to ask the Government tp set aside a section, preferably at Kerepeehi, for use as a cemetery.
