CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES TO-NIGHT. “HITCHING POSTS.” Frank Mayo, who has made worldwide fame on the screen, will be the attraction for to-night in “Hitching Posts.” Frank Mayo is well enough known to arouse interest in any picture. Tn addition to this a Century comedy entitled “Dumb Bells" will also be shown. TO-MORROW NIGHT. "TWIN BEDS.” To morrow night, will be a veritable laugh feast, namely,, Mr and Mrs Carter de Haven in the photoplay version of the great stage success “Twin Beds,” which is guaranteed as an antidote for gloom. Few films have been made that compare to this one in point of mirthful comedy, and you can rest assured that you are going to be happier for its visit at this theatre. In the very first place, Carter de Haven or any other comedian never did succeed in portraying a character so funny as Signor Monti, the little Italian singer who rises to fame before he can get his much bigger wife conquered. MONDAY NIGHT. “MADAME PEACOCK.” Nazimova will appear on Monday night in two each resembling in some measure the great Russian star’s own career. The picture is “Madame Peacock," from a story by Rita Wciman, and it brings Nazimova to the screen first as Jane Goring, a resplendent stage star, and then as Gloria Cromwell, a young girl as naive and charming as Jane is brilliant. Certainly Nazimova, should make this story live, for she has been in the course of her remarkable career both the young girl of great promise and the great actress who has fulfilled promise. WEDNESDAY NIGHT. “CONFESSION." “I’d like to see the law that could open tihe lips of the priest apd make him reveal the secrets of heaven." By the laws of the Churcn the priest is bound to secrecy, when his revelation of knowledge gained in the confessional is the one thing that can save his own brother. The denouement of this heart-breaking situation is accomplished in dignified dramatic fashion and with absolute fidelity to the great, fundamental principle involved. ERRICK CHARMERS.
