After a flve-tapnths season in Melbourne the Vice-Regals have returned to New Zealand to help dear away t'he germs of gloom on this side of the Tasman. This well-equipped combination of music,al comedy artists, which made such a sterling impression in this country last winter, has on this occasion been strengthened and still further, improved in all departments, and the manager, G. P. (Pat) Hanna, who is never content, insists that the company as at present constituted will hpld its own with the very best of its kind ever seen in the Dominion. On this occasion we are to have the pleasure of seeing 'once more that inimitable comedian, Claude Dampier, one of! the most laughable comedians that ever grinned across the fpotllglits. The company is due to open here bn August 29. Box plans will be available to the public at Flatt’s, where seats inay be booked without extra cost.
