CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES TO-NIGHT. "THE SILVER HORDE." Rex Beach’s most famous story of Alaskan life, "The Silver Horde,” has been adapted to the photoplay as another of the Gpldwyn special produce tions, and will be the attraction at the Central Theatre to-night. For those who have seen the other BeachGoldwyn pictures, "The Barrier,” "The Girl from Outside," “The Silver Horde’’ will need no recommendation. Mr Beach knows his Alaska, and in his word painting of; life in that land no one has ever reached him in the faithfulness of his portrayals. "The Silver Horde’” is a melodramatic story woven about the salmon industry of Alaska, and tjie capture of these fish for the canneries plays no small part in the picture. Like all of the Rex Beach stories as produced by Goldwyn. there is no particular ■star ir. “The Silver Horde," although the cast has been specially selected from the best talent in the country.
