TOWN HALL.

Sir.—Paeroa is to be congratulated that it has some far-seeing residents, as evidenced by the letters of “Ratepayer” and “Progress,’'’ Now, we Plainsmen are not particularly interested in the site, although both of the recommendations are apparently good. What we would like to see is a really good town hall that would accommodate visiting entertainers, and so provide us with an opportunity to get a little brightness and cheer in our humdrum existence. That the proposed hall would be a boon in this respect and draw good crowds from our end of the district is assured. Hoping that something will be done in the matter. PLAINSMAN. Kerepeehi, 1/8/22.
