CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES TO-NIGHT. “LITTLE EVA ASCENDS,” "Little Eva Ascends,!” one of the most humorous and human stories that has reached the screen, is to be presented this evening, with Gareth Hughes, the boyish star of "Sentiment?] Tommy” and "Garments of Truth,” in the most delightful role that his career has afforded.
