NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the above County Council, held on the 6th July, 1922, a resolution was passed authorising the raising of a loan of £4200 under the provisions of Section 6, Sub-sec-tion (1) of the Local Bodies Finance Act, 1921-22, and the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and of all other Acts and Powers it in that behalf enabling, for the purpose of liquidating the said Council’s “Antecedent Liability” as defined by the Local Bodies Finance Act, 1921-22, and such resolution will be . submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on Thursday, the 3rd day of August, 1922, at 1.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Paeroa.
