PURSUANT to.Section 50 of the Rating Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that the Hauraki Plains County Council in pursuance of Sections 120 and 121 cf “The Counties Act, 1920,’ and “The Rating Act, 1908,” and amendments thereof respectively and of section 41 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,” and of Section 6' of “The Local Bodies Finance Act, 1921 22,” and of.all other powers enabling it in that behalf, intends, at its next; ordinary meeting to be held in its office at Ngatea on Monday, the 12th day of June, 1922, to make and levy the following rates: I.
