FOOTBALL.
PAEROA RUGBY UNION COMMITTEE MEETING. A committee meeting of the Paeroa Rugby Union was held last evening, there being present: Messrs Silcock, Roach; Taylor, Thorburn, Dunlop, Garry, Vuglar, and the secretary,. Mr R. B. Penlington. Application was received from the School Club for affiliation Of a school sub-union of three teams. —Gr,anted. Application Was received frpm Suburbs Club for affiliation, and also a list o' classified players was received.—Accepted. West Club’s application fqr affiliation was also acceptWO, The classified players of Komata Club were accepted;, with the exception of B. Rae. ~~ The Komata Club applied, for permission to play a match at Paeroa on Saturday, April' 22. —Granted. A list of classified players was received from the' School Club. The delegates to the Goldfield # Rugby Union was left, over until next Thursday evening. An application was received from \the East Club for affiliation of a junior and third-\grade teams. A list of players was handed in, and accepted. with the exception of W. Morrison’and B. Rae. Mr J. Walmsley was deputed to represent the Paeroa Rugby Union at a conference concerning boundaries whidh is to be "held at Hamilton today. ' DRAW FOR MATCHES. The following draws have been made in connection with the club competitions: - SENIORS. April 29—Komata v. Suburbs, at Paeroa; West v. Netherton; at Netherton. May 6. —Komata v. Netherton, at Paeroa ; Suburbs v. at Hikutaia. May 13.—Komata v. West, at Paeroa ; Netherton v. Suburbs, at Hikutaia. JUNIORS. April 29.—East v. Netherton; at Paeroa ; Suburbs v. Komata, at Hikutaia; West a bye. May 6.—Netherton v. Suburbs, at Netherton; Komata v. West, at Paerba; East a bye. May 13.r-NetKerton v. West, at Netherton; East v. Suburbs; at Paeroa; Komata a bye. THIRD GRADE. April 29.—East v. West, at Paeroa; School a bye. M,ay 6.—School v. East, at Paeroa; West a bye. May 13.—School v. West, at Paeroa; East a bye.
