CENTRAL THEATRE PICTURES _______ ' TO-NIGHT. “PAYING THE PIPER.” . The principal film to be screened to-night is a Paramount production, “Paying the Piper.” It is an absorb - ing story of how a frivolous moneyloving girl,, blind to the finer things of life, is regenerated through a baby she finds in a park, and whp awakens her maternal instinct. It is the sort of story that will interest all classes, because it deals with the basic- things of.' life. Babara Wyndham, the spoiled daughter ofi a New York millionaire, has lost her appreciation of the finer things of life. She marries Larry Grahame, son of another millionaire, because all girls of her set marry so that they can be “smart.” Alfter the marriage a Wall Street, panic sweeps away their wealth.
