Must love be ever treated.with profaneness as a mere illusion? or with coarseness as a mere impulse ? or with fear as a mere disease ? or with levity as a mere accident ? whereas it is a great mystery and a great necessity, lying at .the foundation of human existence, morality, and hap-piness-mysterious, universal; inevitable as death—Harriett Martineau. Weeds’ Great Peppermint Cure, For Coughs and'Colds, never falls. THE CAUSE OF CONSTIPATION. The most common cause of constipation is a lack of exercise necessary to keep the muscles of the bowels active. That is why constipation is often- brought on by too frequent use of purgatives. They act violently, performing the work or the bowels for them; and so weaken them that they will not act without assistance. Chamberlain’s Tablets will relieve constipation because instead of doing the Work of the bowels thev gently stimulate them tp voluntary action. Their frequent use will not injure the most delicate person. Sold by all chemists and storekeepers.
