Mr J. B. Thompson, Chief Drainage Engineer, passed through the Hauraki Plains and Paeroa last week on his way to the Rangitaiki plains, in the Bay of Plenty. He returned to the Hauraki Plains last week-end, viisiting P|atetonga and Kerepeehi, inspecting. Uhe various works.
