TELEPHONE ERCHANGE. The switch board for the Kerepeehi telephone exchange has arrived, but it is not yet installed. Several party 'lines will be connected with- the Kerepeehi exchange. ■ . DEPARTMENT'S WORKSHOP. The Lands Department is at pre-, sent erecting a machine workshop and stores depot) on the Ongarehu block at Kerepeehi. The Ongarehu block is the property which a Maori woman recently disputed ownership of with the Lands Department. NETHERTON. THE AWAITI ROAD. It is the intention of the Lands Department to metal the Awaiti West Road. The work is to commence immediately.
