Mr T. E, McMillan, editor of the “Hauraki Plains Gazette,” left Paeroa yesterday for Wellington, to attend, as a Thames Valley delegate, the am nual meeting of the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association of New Zealand. Mr J. B. Thompson, chief drainage engineer, paid a visit to the Hauraki Plains and Paeroa yesterday. He arrived by car at Waitakaruru ,in the evening, inspecting some of the works on the way., x
