“There’s a pretty strong cement combination in New Zealand,” said Cr. W. Johnstone at the meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council on Wednesday, when supporting a resolution that the Government should admit cement for public works duty free. Cr. a Johnstone said he Would like it admitted free tor all purposes.
