RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for Events 2,3, 4,5, 6,8, 11, 13, 15, and 17 must be in the hands of the Secretary, Hikutaia, on TUESDAY, January 10. Herald, Auckland Star, Waikato Times, Hauraki Plains Gazette, Te Aroha News, and Thames Star.
