HIS MAJESTY the King- has expressed the wish that on Armistice Day, there should be a complete suspension of all normal business throughout the British Empire during two minutes’ silence commencing at IT a.m. The silence is to. be "observed as a tribute of honour to all those who gave their lives in the Great War.
