McCarthy, Manager of the Kaitaia Dairy Factory, submitted it to a careful test, concerning which he reports as follows:— “ The weight of milk registered in the container was checked with a tested scale and found to be correct. Four cows were tested, from which two different samples were taken, one from W. & S. Container, and, . after emptying the container, an ordinary dipper sample was taken.
