WHEN IS A MAN A FAILURE?

This question was asked recently by a correspondent to a prominent London daily newspaper, who, being 43 years of age and having for more than 20 years “scraped only a bare living,” had come to wonder if he had arrived at the point where he must definitely admit himself a failure. The problem evoked a great deal of interest, apd many varied replies were published, but no correspondent gave, very much attention to the question of health and, particularly, of the digestion in relation to this matter. Yet a bad digestion has spoiled many a man’s life, and even a millionaire must dub himself a failure if ne is, by reason of a faulty digestive apparatus, unablie to enjoy life and the good things it has to offer. To starve whilst in possession of plenty is surely a dismal and ironical failure ! Yet, if taken in hand in the right way, indigestion and similar stomach disorders are soon overcome. Digestive trouble is caused, in over 90 cases out of every 100, by the presence of harmful acid in the stomach, and this may be instantly neutralised by taking a little Bisurated Magnesia after meals. Those who suffer from disturbed digestion should get a supply of this preparation from the chemist’s ; the cost is small, but the benefit is incalculable.
