RESOLUTION. In and exercise of the powers conferred on it by “The Municipal Corporations Act., 1908,” and by every Amendment of the said Act, and >y all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling,, the’ Paeroa Borough Council doth hereby amend the Paeroa Borough Building By-law, 1919, by way of Special Order, as follows : That Clause 16 be amended by adding after the word “building” on the first line, the words “having or in-, tended to have a greater frontage than 66 feet to Normanby Road or Beimont Road,” and after the word “erected” on the first line, adding the words “or altered.” That the following Clause be added : “Ground, plates, floor joists, and all exposed timber must be of heart kauri, heart rimu, heart totara, heart matai, or other approved heart material.” A copy of this By-law is deposited at the Offices of the Paeroa Borough Council, Wharf Street, Paeroa, and is open for inspection of the public during office hours until the said 15 th day of September, 1921.
