Ohinemuri: The Silverstream crosscut is now in 586 feet. The" country is sandstone favourable to -the existence pf quartz -formation at this depth,. ' St. Hippo : The drive north-east on the St.. Hippo reef has been advanced a further 8 feet. The country is of good andesite, heavily mineralised. The hanging-wall portion of the reef has been taken down, and showed nice dabs of gold distributed through the ore.
