Presbyterian Social

A very pleasant social organised by the Ladies Guild took place in the Presbyterian Church on Thursday evening last. Therewas a good attendance, and from a musical point of view the social proved very successful. The following contributed vocal items during the evening:—Mesdames G. M. Frasex - , G. Shaw, Kilburn, Crowther, Miss Bartle, Messrs Mathews and Devine. A violin duet by Miss Y. Russell and Master A. Patterson, and an address by Mrs J. Richards, all of which were well received, bringing a very successful evening to a close.
