Af a pleasant holiday trip to _,ney Mr. Stewart Dixon yesterday. Mi-tHT Harris, sonr., has so far recovered that he is able to be about again. n< t°r hank in process of ~ erection, was in Huntly yesterday Mr. Thos Starr left yesterday for Te Teko where he will be engaged in working the engine used in connection with the bridge being erected there. Mr. F. Hardwick, stationmaster, who has been on relieving duty at Penrose, resumed his usual work at Huntly on Thursday. The Hon. Dr. Pomare, M.P., who was accompanied by his private secretary, Mr. Poison, visited Waahi on Thursday. The genial doctor is making a round of his constituency.
