ITIHE Line to Otani'it (Kai--8 par.l Branch) will be opened for traffic on Saturday, Ist August, 1914, on and from which date atStalionmaster will be in charge of Otamatea station. The present trains between Welsford and Kaiwaka will be cancelled after 31st July, and the timetable from Ist August will be as follows: TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, & SATURDAYS : Leave Otamatea 8.15 a.m, arrive Wellsford 9.20 a.m., and connect with 9.25 a.m. train to Auckland. THURSDAYS AND SATURDAYS : Leave Wellsford 4.50 p.m., after connecting with 10. 50 a.m train from Auckland, arrive Otamatea 5. 45 p.m. The Express trains will be altered from Mondays and Fridays to Tuesdays and Thurs days, Otamatea arrive 12.50 p,’ depart 1.30 p.m. —Other statio. - at present.
