That, it being enable to pro vide the necessary funds for such works out or ordinary revenue, proposes to borrow the sum of £6OOO at a rste of interest not exceeding syjj per centum per annum. 3. Tha t : hej pr vision fo payment is, that the said Loan shall he repaid in 36 years, and that a sinking fund of l per centum per annum be provided for that purpose. 4.
