Proposed Loan of £(>000 (Six' Thousand Pounds), for ihe purpose cf providing Elect idea! Lighting and power supply for ihe Hun! ly Town Dislidc'. The Huntly {Town Board hereby gives notice': - 1. That the particular pug, sc for which the JLoan is r <juir d i the providing! of an LiocLsc Lighting and Power Supply for ihe Huntly Town District, including the -acquisition of such sites and land as may bn nec-'-B----sary for such purpose, and the construction and erection thereon of such Pewes House, .Buildings, Plant -and Machinery as may be necessary or incidental to the said undertaking, and also the provision and erection of poles, wires,;!bunps, and connections as may be required for the Public end is.' 1 - the District. 2. That, it being enable to pro vide the necessary funds for such works out or ordinary revenue, proposes to borrow the sum of £6OOO at a rste of interest not exceeding syjj per centum per annum. 3. Tha t : hej pr vision fo payment is, that the said Loan shall he repaid in 36 years, and that a sinking fund of l per centum per annum be provided for that purpose. 4. Thai the propi --d security for such a Loan shall be the said undertaking or works when completed, including such Pow >r House, Buildings, Plant, Machinery, Poles, Wires, Lamps, and • 'derived there from, less the workin© expenses thereof, and also j a special Rate, of two-thirds of one penny, in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property in llie said district, which rate is estimated to give and meet 10 per centum more than the interest, together with the Sinking Fund of i per centum per annum, and also all the.
