Mr J. Robertson left for the city ou Thursday. Mr Boyd Bennie, Government Inspector of Mines, is making his customary inspection of the Huntly mines. Messrs Alison, Gordon, and Ralph, directors of the Taupiri Mines, arrived in Huntly last night, and to-day spent seme time at the mines office.
