Death.

It is with regret that we have to announce the death of Mrs E. Mac Kay, wife of the secretary of the Taupiri Miners’ Union. An operation performed in the Gisborne Hospital last week proved unsuccessful, the deceased lady passing away at the early age of 29 before her husband was able to reach Gisborne. Great sympathy is felt for Mr Mac Kay and the two little ones left to mourn their loss.
