The inter-club tennis match, Huntly v Taupiri. as played at Huntlyon Saturday, in excellent weather, and before a large concourse of spectators resulted, after a pleasant and rather exciting - game, in favour of the home team by S matches to four, or 86 points to 70. Tlieladi.es’ tournament in connection with the Huntly Tennis Club came to an end on Monday, when Miss Horwood came out on top. Though receiving a big start, Miss Hoi-wood’s performance was a most meritorious one, the young lady having only started this season to wield the racquet.
