-OWNERSHIP OF BOOKS. An interesting action will come before Mr Rawson on March 20th. when Messrs A. Berry and John Kerr, as trustees of the present Waikato Society will sue Messrs Edwin Moore, George Mathie, Wm. Wood, and David Molesworth, senr., as officials of the preceding Medical and Accident Society, for possession of certain chattels, namely, a Minute Book, a Cash Book, and a Savings Bank deposit book. An 'application fot these having been refused, the magistrate will be requested to decide the question of ownership.
