Huntly School of Mines.

A meeting of the council of the School of Mines was held on Monday evening last, Mr J. P. Bailey presiding over a good attendance. The rules and regulations as drawn up by Mess's Napier and Smith, Auckland, were, with two minor alterations, fully approved, and the secretary was instructed to forward them at once in order that no delay in transferring the building site might bo caused. It was decided to hold the annual general meeting of financial members on the evening of Monday, 23rd'inst, at 7.30 p,m.
