They, therefore, unanimously' recommended that the rules relating to “policy” be deleted in Mo. The chairmen reported what the sub-committee had done in ! the matter of securing a public ? recreation ground or domain, stating that after looking at - several suitable areas, they had t decided on an admirable piece of ground on the west side of the river, some ten, acres in area, which would subserve ail purposes.
