Tile “Daily Herald’s” financial editor says that plans are being prepared for the revival of British lending abroad, but it will bo insur'd that- money will net oe used to finance competition of British industry. The major portion must be spent in Britain. Tt is expected the Treasury will remove the bun on following loans early in 1934.
