23 CASUALTIES OCCUR IN JAPAN

TOKIO, December 24.
Four were killed and 24 more or less seriously- injured and 13 homes were destroyed when a volcano erupted on Kuchinderabe Island, Kiimageun Kagoshina. The island has 1300 residents. Further details are unavailable.
