Detectives entered the premises u> the .Republican newspaper . “An . Phoblacht” and then seized all of the copies of the paper. Detectives simultaneously confiscat--ed the-latest issue of--Mr ■ •Cosgrave’s publication, ‘ “United Ireland,” containing O’Duffy’s undelivered speech. It is understood that the detectives have acted under instructions of tlje Military Tribunal. ' The “Daily Mail’s” Dublin correspondent says: 'Mr Cusgt’ave has been appointed as President of the United IreHnd Party, hn O’Duffy’s absence, while 'Blythe i s deputising for him as director of the League of Youth. * i 1
