Reserved judgment was given by Mr Stiiwell, S.M., to-day, in the recent ca§e of R. K. 0. Pictures Australasia Ltd.p v. C. E. Gray, at one time an exhibitor at Manurewa, plaintiffs claiming £76 7s 7d arising from repudiation of a written agreement to take certain films.
Judgment was for plaintiffs for £75 Se Id. • -
