LYTTELTON BOARD’S WAGE CUT. (Per Prese Asuoriation — Goyjrvht.) \ Y CHRISTCHURCH,!December 20. The Lyttelton Harbour Board, at a special mceeting held to-day, decided' to include in its estimated expenditure .for the-year a provision for the restoration of the ten per cent, cut in vthe wages and salaries made in 1931.
