Sir Charles Kiugsford Smith’s monolilane,' Codock, is expected to be ready for trials early "in February. Smithy accompanied by Captain Taylor, 'and Messrs" Stanage and Pet-hy-bridge, ivi'll 'fly to New Zealand in the 'Southern/‘Crofss on January 15. He will return’-to Sydney bv steamer in, February to put the Codock through*the tests''flights. He Will later return to New -Zealand"by steamer ±o continue passenger flights through .the Dominion in the Southern Cross. White’s crew'ill tile Oodock will be Commander ißenhetf, as' naviga tor, and a wireless operator.
