NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FORESEEN

CANBERRA, December 19.
Following the trade treaty with New Zealand, the Commonwealth Government foresees a great opportunity for furthering trade relationships with the Dominion, based on official figures of exports and imports. Australia desires the removal oi New Zetland’s embargo on green vegetable and citrus fruits, and the Trade ■Commissioner who is to visit New Zealand hopes to pave the way in this direction, and also to establish a better understanding in trade affairs generally.
