MADRID, December 17. Senor Lerroux has formed a Coalition Government.
President Zamora has accepted the resignation of the Barrios Cabinet.
M. Cortes has approved of the election of Senor Juan March, meaning that he will be immune from arrest if he returns to Spain. He recently escaped from imprisonment and went to France.
