MANY DEFAULTS EXPECTED

With the exception of of Finland, War Debt payments will either be covered bytoken payments or defaulted o 8 instalments due. to-morrow. Of a total of 153 millions due, Finland will pay 153 thousand. Britain will make a 7,500,000 dollar ,token payment, 117 millions being due. Italy is expected to make a token payment of 2,134,000. France is expected to default 22 millions due. Poland, Belgium and Esthonia will not make payment. Altogether it is believed only eight per cent of , the total due will be received.
