OTTAWA, December 13

Canadian external trade is improving, figures published on "Wednesday showing that the November exports were valued at 60,384,590 dollars, compared with 45,944,520 dollars in the previous November, and imports at 43,053,078 dollars, compared with 37,769,047 dollars.

For the eight months of the present fiscal year, the exports are valued at 386,007,148 dollars, compared with 344,645,984 for the similar period of and imports at 284,909,992 doiars. Customs and excise revenue for November are more than 2,459,031 over the total for November, 1932.
