IyrOTICE is hereby given that .in -pursuance of Section 8 of “The Dog Registration Act, 1908,” the Hokitika Borough Council 'have by resolution fixed the -fee to- be jsaid for the registration of dogs for',the year 1934 at 10/-, with a provision that a n y ’shepherd or drover or any- farmer shall be entitled to have registered, any number of dogs,, not exceeding three, kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, on payment for each such dog of a fee of 2/6. Henry George Frederick C°les ■ and William Edward Gaylor have been appointed as Registrars of Dogs, aiid .the Town Clerk’s Office, Hokitika, as the 'Registration Office for the registering of dogs for the year 1934.
