Evidence before the special committee of the House in the Ma'meson ca«e was .concluded this morning. The chairman said that a statement would be obtained from Mr Hunt, S.M., on the question of the remand or adjournment, the point which was in dispute. The. committee is to deliberate to-morrow morning.
