THE above-named Board hereby gives notice that pursuant to tiie power conferred on the Board by Section 13 of the Dairy Produce Export Control Act, 1923 "and to all other powers it thereunto enabling the Board did on the 6th day of December, 1933, RESOLVE AND DETERMINE that m respect of tile export irom New Zealand of, all cheese and all finest and first-grade creamery butter it is necessary tor the effective operation of the said Act and ror the fulfilment of its purposes that THE LIMITED CON'J RUb being exercised by the Board as defined in its resolution of the l7tn August 1927. duly notified in New Zealand Gazette Number 33, September », 1927, as modified by its subsequent resolution of the 11th July 1928, deleting clauses (c) and (e) or such resolution of the l'< th August, 1927 teHALL BE FURTHER MODIFIED AND EXTENDED from and after the date hereinafter mentioned to the extent auu for the purpose of requiring in addition to the requirements in force under the said resolution of the, bth dav of August ,1927: (a) That each dairy company, owner, consignor or other person, firm «r company so exporting any finest and/.or first-grade creamery butter anchor cheese : (i) Shall where such butter and/or cheese is being exported on consignment be consigned only to such persons, firms or companies outside New Zealand as may be approved by the Board anil in such quantities as the Board approves upon condition that such butter and/or cheese shall not be sold until ship’s arrival at port, of discharge and until official notification of commencement of discharge and that such persons, firms or companies shall furnish to the Board (upon request) copies of the account/ I sales and other statements relating to the disposal of such butter and/or cheese giving the name or names of the purchasers and the actual date or dates on which sales of any portion of such butter and/or cheese • was effected and that such persons, firms or companies will permit the accounts and statements so rendered to the Board to he audited or verified from time to time by or on behalf of the Board by inspection of the original books and accounts of such persons, firms or companies. (ii) Shall where such butter and/or cheese is being exported in pursuance of sales made f.o.b. or c.i.f. export only, such butter and/or cheese as has been sold f.o.b. or c.i.f.. at a price or prices approved by the Board. The aforesaid modification and extension of the said limited control it was resolved shall operate as from midnight on the thirty-first day of July. 1934 and until'further determination by the Board.
